Job Description
This position will be responsible for working with a cross-disciplinary team in the development of a new, unannounced FPS shooter game. We are building a new type of shooter game in a genre we don’t believe has yet been launched on mobile. The Creatives Product Manager will work with engineering, design, art, QA, and support and facilitate the on-time, on budget, and on objective delivery of a successful F2P mobile product to launch.

Job Description
This position will be responsible for working with a cross-disciplinary team in the development of a new, unannounced FPS shooter game. We are building a new type of shooter game in a genre we don’t believe has yet been launched on mobile.
The Creatives Product Manager will work with engineering, design, art, QA, and support and own the on-time and on-budget delivery of creative assets including game design specifications and all art assets required to develop the BLACK project.
Responsibilities
- Schedule & Deadlines: Own creatives schedule and deadlines -> including planning and impact to P&L. You would also act as a “producer” and do follow up with anyone (designers, artists, external agencies, etc.) who needs to deliver by a deadline. You may also be asked to contribute in places to specs if necessary.
- Planning: Work closely with our creative team and ensure deadlines are being met. If problems arise, you will be responsible for ensuring all key stakeholders are made aware about impact to budget/schedule, etc. and come up with solutions for how to fix
- Creative Vision Delivery: Make sure you fully understand from our creative leads the creative vision and that all of the specification components will be coordinated and delivered for the game design specs including UI/UX, data schema, art assets, etc. and they are all scheduled accordingly
- Art PM: Manage art asset deliveries that are coming in and ensure that reviews by artists, creative leads, tech (do the models need adjustments to get into Unity, etc.) are handled. Evaluate other external art vendors as necessary. Own the Art Plan which includes our list of art assets and deadlines.
- Live Ops: If we engage in taking on a liveops project, we may ask you to help out on managing some of the liveops needs.
Qualifications
- Prior Product Management experience on at least 2 F2P mobile titles including previous experience managing art assets
- Knowledge of all major development processes and PM tools to manage development processes
- Working knowledge of all major PM tools (Asana and JIRA at minimum)
- Superior quantitative and modeling capability
- Appropriate alignment with our company’s Values
- Ability to think outside of process (when necessary)
- Willingness to abandon politics and bullshit, and instead focus on the delivery of as high quality of a product as our team can possibly create
